又到happy friday, 去左一排無黎soho 區試新餐廳. 先上左法包, with butter & olive oil with blk vinegar. 如果唔夠可以再另外request. dinner menu 好多都好似幾吸引. 原本遲疑思考中,waiter 建議左幾樣, 咁岩今晚剩番最後一客crab cake,無理由唔試既😎Seared crab cake $128由crab meat mixed with egg 同少量coriander 煎成.一邊係aioli sauce,酸味同garlic 香唔算突出.切開會更清楚見到絲絲蟹肉,帶點鮮味,還不錯blue mussels with white wine cream sauce $148原來除mussels 仲served with fries. 店員貼心提醒個fries 正確食法係蘸saucesauce white wine 香味比想像中弱,而且因為texture 比較稀味道唔算好濃郁,所以蘸左都唔係好食得出. mussels 份量都唔少,不過比較細隻店員推介 signatute dish poached hali

平時poached egg 食唔少,poached fish 🐠都係第一次食🤣 served with asparagus 同fennel, 用左平時比較少食halibut. 煮timing 剛好,魚質仲好嫩滑. soup 清清地,唔知點解有點食中式蒸魚感覺
Apple Parcel $68 + $10 vanilla icecream
有驚喜,有d 似apple crumble 只係變左酥皮wrap住. 中間apple 帶cinnamon香,不過最欣賞都係個酥皮,兩個邊位超香脆. 贊💕
而一邊vanilla icecream 牛奶味偏重,中間仲帶點冰粒.
雖然呢度cocktails 好吸引,wine menu 選擇都好多. 但最吸引我既都係coffee🤣 黎之前係ig 見過佢地post coffee. 用中國風茶杯裝住,加上漂亮拉花,視覺上99分,係差左d 天然陽光🌻
呢杯cappuccino $38 唔淨係得個樣,coffee aroma 都幾香濃,foam 幼滑,飲左啖擺左陣coffee art 都完全無起泡走形,worth a try😁
ps 值得一讚係呢度店員好nice ,服務都好好,會主動frequent 加水,換碟,點菜亦有recommendation,食完又會問下feedback. 不過枱有點偏細張,上左2個appetizer 加埋水同餐具已經有點幾擠逼無哂位🙈 好在main couse 係appetizer 撒走左先上
