We (my wife and I) booked a room in the BayBridge Hotel, just above the restaurant. Weather was not so good to have a dinner out that's why we decided to experience Anchor's menu.We truly love oysters together, then we decided to taste their Fine de Claire ones. We have been pleasantly surprised to find such a good variety of oysters into Hong Kong, furthermore just nearby our room ! Price is honestly affordable for the quality served. Then we tasted the desserts of the buffet, she prefers cakes
