Me and my friends decided to come here because they thought the feel of the café was very laid back. It was quite cold on the day, and around 7pm. Three of us were seated quickly at one of the tables outside, we ordered a bottle of white wine and asked for an ashtray. The spaghetti was great. Not too salty, fresh-tasting ingredients, al dente pasta. My friend seemed to like the potatoes a lot, they came in quite a decent sized dish for one person, she claims that she orders it there all the time.
All in all, this place seems great if you're on HK island, looking for somewhere quiet to sit down and enjoy a meal alone or with a few friends. However, the place is tiny, so don't bring big crowds or you'll immediately regret it.. I think it would be great for a quiet lunch or breakfast date with your special someone. Oh, and they have a bathroom [something which I think is a must in any out of the way restaurant.]
It's a short walk from the Tin Hau MTR but I'm craving that spaghetti right now so I might go and get that today...
