Went to Champak for dinner because it offers a nice environment for dinner.We got the set dinner for two since it includes appetizers, mains, drinks and dessert which helps people who can't decide.What I liked about the drinks is that you can choose any drink from the range on the menu.Started with the pandan soda which was very coconutty and loaded with basil seeds.The butterfly pea pandan soymilk was extremely photogenic with a strong coconut milk taste but the pandan wasn't strong enough.Bega

Began with the appetizers which is a good sample of everything.I loved the juicy wings stuffed with pineapple chunks in the middle while the prawn on sugar cane was tasty.
The vegetables were a good healthy balance to dinner and it was seasoned just right, not too spicy or salty.
For the mains, there were three curries: yellow, green and red.Normally I would pick yellow but the red curry here is different because it is cooked with lychees and grapes which give it a sweet kick that balances the spiciness and lemongrass.
For dessert finished with the dessert platter.The coconut cream sago was really good as it was served warm.
