Last Sunday was our parents' 60th anniversary and also the family gathering of my sister and her family from Paris. We've been to this restaurant so many times in the past 10 years or so and we have order similar dishes before.There were the seven of us thus I ordered tonns of dim sum and some side dishes for them to enjoy, the roast pork was crispy and delicious, and I thought the deepfried stuffed crab claws shouldn't be that bad....Unfortunately this long-wated dish came after more than 40
Last Sunday was our parents' 60th anniversary and also the family gathering of my sister and her family from Paris. We've been to this restaurant so many times in the past 10 years or so and we have order similar dishes before.
There were the seven of us thus I ordered tonns of dim sum and some side dishes for them to enjoy, the roast pork was crispy and delicious, and I thought the deepfried stuffed crab claws shouldn't be that bad....Unfortunately this long-wated dish came after more than 40 minutes of waiting, not only that they were not piping hot, the stuffing was mainly flour or bread crumbs, we can't really taste any crabmeats at all! At $48 each piece (I order 7 pieces, of course), we felt it was such a rip-off. I felt horrible about this because I was so proud to recommend this famous dish for them to try.
We will never return to this restaurant again.
