Buyers beware, the bagels sold by this shop is nothing like the real Jewish bagels you get from the USA. Manage your expectations so that you won't be as disappointed as I am. The bagels sold here is light with lots of airy holes. If you like bagels that has structure like regular bread, you may not be that disappointed.
