Disappointed given its popularity

food is good, but bad service given its not even full house tonight. have to asked 3 times for tea, ordered okonomiyaki, waited for almost 20 mins, asked the waiter twice only to be told it is sold out. no wonder its not crowded eventhough on sunday night.
