It's been over a year since we had dinner at Lung King Heen and our recent meal was extremely disappointing. We were celebrating both CNY and my husband's birthday. Shark's fin, baked sea whelk and pea shoots in stock were very very salty. The chicken in clay pot and the noodle was too bland and had no flavour. Service was also inadequate. Bowls & plates were removed in "phases" so by the time we were having dessert, there were still bowls/ plates/ utensils on the table from the main meal waiting to be taken away. The waiters also mixed up all our tea (we had ordered 2 types of tea due to different preferences).
For a 3 starred restaurant and a $9000 meal, I expected much more. Will most likely not be back.
