PizzaExpress (東薈城名店倉) (已搬遷) 新店位置

My girlfriend and I went to PizzaExpress on a relatively busy Saturday lunch. We placed the order: two pizza and waited. Waited, waited and waited some more. After 1 hr, the waitress eventually came to us saying the order had not been placed and she forgot what it was. We left as we didn't want to make a scene, hungry and disappointed.Errors can be made but they should be addressed quickly and in a transparent way.
