Have been to the lobby lounge for lunch and drinks for so many times, but it’s the 1st time having my afternoon tea here and ended up with full disappointment. Didn’t know it is having a cross over promotion with Tory Burch, I can’t see any unique characters in the food served... both the savoury and sweet items are disappointing and it’s not up to the Intercontinental style I have known for decades. The lounge was full seated and only 4 staff members running around to clean up the tables with
Didn’t know it is having a cross over promotion with Tory Burch, I can’t see any unique characters in the food served... both the savoury and sweet items are disappointing and it’s not up to the Intercontinental style I have known for decades.
The lounge was full seated and only 4 staff members running around to clean up the tables with left overs here and there not taken care of... I hope it’s not the social unrest which caused the significant decline in standard and staff service ....
I’d better only come here for a drink at night next time ..... and I missed the legendary Ispahan cake!
