I've seen this restaurant doing test-runs of their recipes back in early-August so I was a bit eager when I saw that they were finally opened. The renovations were nice but the biggest disappointment, was of course, the food. The portions were small and the taste did not justify paying $120HKD for a Fish + choice of side. I chose the Ling (cod) and salad for my side. The fish was dry and was tasteless. I had to use the tartar sauce to salvage what was already a disappointing lunch. The sal
