Disappointing as expectation was high

From a Japanese blog, I had a high expectation for this place but unfortunately the quality wasn't even close to my standard. You don't feel dashi flavour from the soup, texture of the noodle of too soft, and small thing but there's no wifi even they have a "free wifi" sticker on the wall.
