Cova has always been one of my favourite brands for cakes. However, the blueberry cheesecake this time was very disappointing. The cheese itself was more like jelly and was not thick or rich at all. It was so far from my favourite texture of cheese. There was a thin oat/cookie base trying to add some texture but it was again not thick or dense enough to add sufficient colours to the cake.
