Disappointing booking system

I have made an reservation for a table of two via Openrice and put a note that I would bring a dog so I have made an additional request for an outdoor table on the Openrice plaform.  Unfortunately, when I came on time, the staff did not arrange an outdoor table while all tables have been occupied. I believe somehow the staff did not see my request on the Openrice plaform. He did try his best to set up a table outside the restaurant. Considering this is not appropriate to set up a table like that

I believe somehow the staff did not see my request on the Openrice plaform. He did try his best to set up a table outside the restaurant. Considering this is not appropriate to set up a table like that and it's actually too close to drainage,  I did not take this option. Actually it's quite embarrassed i asked my friend to come for dinner and no table has been arranged at the end. Today I even received an email from Openrice to treat me as absence/no show which is simply not true. I hope my restaurant and Openrice can follow up this for me.
