disappointing

Bought a coffee today because it's half price on Friday and they serve Illy Coffee as well. But really disappointing that the coffee is TOTALLY tasteless even though i didnt put much milk in it. Even McDonals is 100 times better than theirs. So I asked the waitress if they were using real Illy coffee and whether they opened the can for too long. She asked me in Cantonese, "What do you want?" poor quality and bad service. Not even the sales assistants in 7-11 will say that to a customer. C
