I went there to eat with my bestfriend and sister a week ago, all the way from Tung Chung because we missed eating at Flying Pan. Despite the rain we still went there to eat breakfast during dinner time. When we got there, the restaurant was empty. Which is good. After ordering our food, we received it after a few minutes. My meal and my best friend's meal were okay. However, my sister's beef steak patty was too hard and it was hard for for her to eat. The steak was too dry and hard to chew. So
When we got there, the restaurant was empty. Which is good. After ordering our food, we received it after a few minutes. My meal and my best friend's meal were okay. However, my sister's beef steak patty was too hard and it was hard for for her to eat. The steak was too dry and hard to chew. So we asked for a new one. They changed it to a better one.
The beef steak patty was cooked nicely this time. However when she sliced the middle, the was a hairstrand in between the patty. My bestfriend then brought it to the counter because the staff were chatting instead of going to her. She showed them the patty, the manager said maybe it was just my sister's hair, she then asked him to pull the stand to his surprise it was actually inside the patty, so how could it be my sister's hair. We were so disappointed.
Not only that. The salt was too hard to even be used, no matter how many times we shook it nothing came out. And the pancake syrup took forever to flow..
We used to love eating at flying pan, but after this incident it's very upsetting. Even though we lived in Tung Chung. We came all the way to central to eat. But it was just a waste of time..
