Disappointing service

Their oven was not working today, we looked at the menu before entering, and the waitress also approached us one time to take order when we were deciding, but she didn’t mention the oven problem all the way. Until we made order, she told us all the food that need to be baked are not available, including some main dishes like pizza, macaroni, etc. More importantly, no apology, no smile, not proactive at all. Environment is ok, taste is normal, but the service was really disappointing and made u f

More importantly, no apology, no smile, not proactive at all. Environment is ok, taste is normal, but the service was really disappointing and made u feel like it’s going to close down soon.
