“min. charge is a drink per head” was what waiter reminded us in a dissatisfy tone seems she already repeated 100000000 times when we just stepped into the restaurant. after we had ordered two dishes and a drink for our family of 2 adults and a kid and told the waiter we would order other dishes later, he promptly "reminded" us that 2 drinks were not yet ordered ... we were so puzzled why waiters kept telling us "drinks per head" ??? we then tried to figure out what was going on.... we studied

We got the answer finally, it should be our fault that we misunderstood the min. charge was “price of” a drink per head.
What a strange regulation?! How come drink is compulsory? For a small kid, a bottle of drink is definitely too much! Share drinks and food with parents is common practice to usual family.
You have no choice of drink or not but you have choice not to have meal there , It is crystal clear what they do imply, though you plan to spend money there. It is far from reasonable than requirement of formal dress or min. expenses
impress us not only such a rude regulation but also their inhospitality! When I told a waitress I wanna I keep my menu for my second order, she took my menu and told me leaving another menu to us; when I was putting the last vegetable to my mouth, a waitress snatched my dish without a word; waiters without smiling seemed to be punished by boss
although the food and drinks were not bad, we hardly enjoyed our meal there. 10% service charges for guiding us to our table and serving dishes was absolutely overcharged
taste is not doubt that influenced by hospitality
btw, it is ridiculous that the complaints of rude regulation and service raised up in comments occasionally but seems no improvement has been made.
i just wanna raise comments again to remind me not to come again
