The waiter was chatting with a waiter from the restaurant across the way when I arrived. I waited to be noticed and then was told to just go ahead inside. Then the waiter inside let me sit down, but didn't give me a menu. I had to waive my hand several times in order to get their attention to get a menu. The service continued to be unwelcoming and unfriendly as I asked for water and was told to get it myself. I figure there are nicer ways to help me to get the water, but I think that for the high prices for the bad quality food should mean they can at least serve me water. The pho that I ordered seemed overdone and tasteless. I asked for some more lime, but by the time it arrived, there was barely any food left for it to season. It is pretty bad when you have to season your own food at a restaurant. The tom yum soup seemed good, but way too spicy for the waiter who said it wasn't spicy. The chicken was better than expected since the sauces provided were full of flavour, but the meat wasn't too much on the bone. Overall, I was ready to leave this place and never return.
