Ordered a pork belly shou Mai and expected it to be a bit more meatier but was filled with rice. The English description did not say anything about having a rice dumpling. Asked assist manager Lucas chan to see if I could swap it to another dish. He was extremely rude and treating me like I was an idiot and refused to change it. Never going back to this fake Shanghai place in elements. Service terrible and food was off the mark as well. Staff need to retrained
