disrespect elderly, 不理會老人家的需要

although food is excellent, however, i have to report about courtesy negligent of the reception people. Last Sunday March 14 I visited this restaurant with other 3 family members, one of them is my Mother in age 85. During our leaving, i requested the electronic escalator chair for my Mom to get downstairs, however, the feedback of your staff, especially the girl wearing glasses at reception said that it required Manager to activate & yet she didn't move a bit to find the manager but just stood

Last Sunday March 14 I visited this restaurant with other 3 family members, one of them is my Mother in age 85. During our leaving, i requested the electronic escalator chair for my Mom to get downstairs, however, the feedback of your staff, especially the girl wearing glasses at reception said that it required Manager to activate & yet she didn't move a bit to find the manager but just stood there, seems that she was unwilling to help & ignore our request & hope that we could leave asap instead of waiting for such arrangement. I was very discontent of such service & disrespect the elderly, seems that escalator chair is kinda decoration instead of real functioning. I suggest to suspend or to fire that receptionist of her bad attitude in order to alarm the others.
