為鼓勵食肆透過提供食物份量選擇和採取減少廚餘措施，與顧客共同從源頭減少廚餘，環境保護署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」計劃，參與食肆如符合評核準則將獲「咪嘥嘢食店」認可資格和獲發「咪嘥嘢食店」的標誌及標貼，以供張貼於店舖內和宣傳，供顧客識別。此計劃全年均接受申請，申請費用全免。

Generally, I hate lunch boxes. 叉烧饭，Curry Chicken/Curry Beef Brisket Rice or Pork Chop Rice are the THREE eatable lunch boxes. I used to work in Admiralty and I remembered the 叉烧饭 in Canteen (one of the Maxim group's fast food place)... those were always GOOD!! Now I work in Kowloon Bay, based on the previous experience with Canteen and quality by Maxim... I have ordered a 叉烧饭 with Maxim food 2 this afternoon.... Disappointing... 1) 叉烧 was hard and tasteless... 2) Soya sauce was very DARK but

Now I work in Kowloon Bay, based on the previous experience with Canteen and quality by Maxim... I have ordered a 叉烧饭 with Maxim food 2 this afternoon.... Disappointing... 1) 叉烧 was hard and tasteless... 2) Soya sauce was very DARK but tasteless ... 3) even the rice was WEIRD... rice was falling apart, not sticking with each other!! How can Maxim's quality varies so much..... Anything wrong with the management with this specific location? Now i was scared.. I will give Cafe De Coral a try next time if I want a lunchbox again...


Also, I went there around 12 only, but the staffs are very stressful already. I requested more sauce for my rice... the one who took the order remind the one who chopped the 叉烧, he yelled back with him and said... already PUT MORE.... well.. when i opened my 叉烧饭, of course hasn't put additional sauces.. does matter anyway, the sauce was tasteless...
