My wife and I think this is best oyster restaurant. Good selection of oyster. Not the most, but all the oyster are good. My wife has been there a couple times, and the selection differed slightly. Main course is solid too - fish and chips really good, lobster pasta very tasty... Price is not the cheapest, but oyster is not meant to be cheap in Hong Kong, and, some times we have to pay for quality, and oyster is one of those. Service is very good, although I think the lady almost over-does it. The oyster chef is very good. He knows oyster, and you can chat with him and tell you all about each oyster.
