Not sure if I was expecting too much here but the whole experience here makes me feel like I am begging for the tea set. Walked in at 2.30pm, got told that tea set was available from 3pm. We respected that and just started with a tuna salad, fries and two drinks. When we ordered, we asked if I could just pre-order it and have it served at 3pm. The lady made it sound like it was rocket science and she was very reluctunt to do so. Said I needed to tell them at 3pm. (Then how is it “pre-order”????

Staff members all look like they hate their lives here. Forget about the smile, they are simply RUDE!
Food is terrible. The fries were literally crumps and the salad leaves were soaked in really sour dressing. Awful! Didn’t even finish it.
Oh the moment we wanted to go elsewhere for the tea set, we saw it on the bill. So they did place the order .... oh well... why does it have it be so difficult.
I am literally out of words. The view is the only thing that is good here but i guess it has nth to do with them as they didn’t build it l, did they?
