Absolutely poor service and food. They will make your children cry. Nothing redeeming about this place. Check in is service was poor. During check in, they attended to someone else in the middle of us. We had a party of 5 adults and 2 children. Led to a table that seats 6. Added a chair at the end. Slightly cramped. Only 4 forks and spoons and 3 cups and 1 menu. Had to ask for more. One of the "adults" is an 8 year old girl. Whilst she was accompanying her younger sister and playing for a while
Nothing redeeming about this place.
Check in is service was poor. During check in, they attended to someone else in the middle of us. We had a party of 5 adults and 2 children.

One of the "adults" is an 8 year old girl. Whilst she was accompanying her younger sister and playing for a while in the ball pit, after 20 minutes staff pulled her aside and told her she couldn't play as she was too old. But as an adult I can go in and play?! That doesn't make sense. THE STAFF MADE HER CRY. She was highly upset and staff were useless to console her.
Whilst we're sat down, we can immediately see about 8 staff standing around the kitchen area talking casually and not serving or even in an area near the sections they serve.
Food came. One was halibut which had a worm in it. The table waiter didn't know what it was and asked the kitchen staff who said it was a vein.
IT WAS NOT.
No one comes to ask if everything is OK during the meal, just to tell you it's last orders at 1930 and to bring you the bill.
The bill arrives and its wrong. They've charged us for 4 adults and 3 kids. Had to get that corrected. We're not the only table that they got wrong too. Is it that difficult for your front of house staff to communicate with the waiters?
Even after that, the staff were back at the kitchen talking between themselves again.
I had to wave one of the staff members to come and collect my money and top up the water.
Back to the ball pit, there are uncleaned, dusty, dirty areas. Check the photos. Nasty. If you can't dust the areas, imagine how many germs are in your ball pit. Do you even clean?
Overall, a huge disappointment. I'll never return. I'll tell everyone not to go. Your basic service is sub par. A trained monkey would be better.
