It is not our first time to come, the service has been all right. But this time, to say the least it is disappointing.We came at a less busier timing of the day, ordered everything, and got all main courses, but the appetizer, after about 3rd time chasing those, we got our salad, after finishing all the mains, and then eventually have the appetizer sampler right before dessert.And for the drinks... what's the point of having free refill when you can't find a server to order the refill. We came at a less busier timing of the day, ordered everything, and got all main courses, but the appetizer, after about 3rd time chasing those, we got our salad, after finishing all the mains, and then eventually have the appetizer sampler right before dessert.
And for the drinks... what's the point of having free refill when you can't find a server to order the refill. The first person finish the drink and ordered a refill, and by the time everyone else finish their drinks, the refill is yet to come.
Great experience, if you don't want any service!
