INA by INAGIKU. This sister company is another choice for sushi lover . It is much more casual and at least I do think it's up to standard according their price range , but of coz don't expect it got the same quality as Four seasons or Royal Garden . Okay , get back to menu . Okay , get back to menu . INA provide wide variety then Inagiku . People who seeking a comprehensive Japanese dining meal can should head to INA rather than Inagiku . Sushi , sashimi , tempura and teppanyaki  are all provided in the menu . Since it's too difficult to choose what to have , we decided to have the set dinner that provide 4 courses and 6 types of sushi .

Seasonal Trio Platter

 The starter is a Seasonal Trio Platter , come up baby tomato with sake , Salmon Roe and Parma Ham rolled with Asparagus . The baby tomato is plump although it's a cherry tomato , soap in sake , it upgrade the freshness . Salmon Row is slightly salty , but at least stimulating . Parma ham with asparagus is a good match , cruchy bites that certainly get you fullfilled . Nicely presented and a good mixture with typical Japanese cuisine and fusion idea . Appreciate .

Assorted sashimi come up with sliced Flounder , Yellowtail , Prime Tuna and Botan Shrimp . I think the Flounder is the best . Sliced extremely  thin and served with Pump sauce, very refreshing  . The thin cut reveal the chef expertise and techniques . Prime Tuna and Botan Shrimp are not that impress as I thought , Prime tuna in a thick cut ,meaty but can't create melty temptation .Shrimp is in normal size , firm texture , but not in bright character . At least  all are fresh enough and in a proper portion . 
Grilled Cod fish

Grilled dish come to Cod fish . The quality of Cod fish above average , good marination with sweet seasoning sprinkle on top , certaining add marks to the dish . Serve in hot condition ,taste delicious , create mouth melting sparkles effect  with the apricot . Quite pleasant but the potion is over small .

For sushi, there’s an array of fresh seafood. Sushi platter is in a 6 selection. All are tempting except the pickle radish . Tastes a bit ofd and doesn't  match at all .  It seems not decent enough . The scallop is gigantic , fresh and pair well with the minced tuna . Seared sushi is the best but I think the chef forgot to add in Kanji for Flounder . A bit dejected actually . I do cares about the details .However ,we were still most impressed with the sear flounder , extremely tender , not oily but luscious . By the way , I really enjoy  watching chef Shinya Yamashita used a blow torch to sear the top of the red snapper ,  create a more complex taste successfully .

Hakata clear soup and Hokkaido Lettuce     roll

Side  dish like Hakata clear soup and Hokkaido Lettuce roll are not bad , simple delights . The soup is very light , slimmer with a hint of saltness , heart warming . The  lettuce roll  are in season and have a subtle ans sweet taste . Wrapped with minced pork and vermicelli , more like in Vietnam style  the pork and vermicelli tastes flavorable but the content wasn't that fruitful .

 For dessert . Over simple , I don't except hotel provide watermelon or either milk steamed egg . And I don't appreciate the steamed egg  with insipid taste ,  doesn't arousing . The caramel sauce is tastless  ans the texture is not smooth ans soft , very disapppointing with the such ending .

Overall  performance is about average . Service was attentive, a little erratic , but at least all our dishes arrived on a timely basis . Modern  ambience , bright and spacious enough . Diners can sit in the main dining area or at two counters – one for sushi, the other for tempura and teppanyaki. For sushi , can look for chef Shinya Yamashita. On the other hand , for teppanyaki, deftly prepared by chef Masami Inoue.  Kindly remind , INA seems have discount  promotion  for its grand opening . U can enjoy 20% off in the dinner period .
