Extremely poor impression even with reservation. I sent an WhatsApp for a Saturday reservation on a Tuesday. Ended up waiting from 4-7pm with intermittent response. I was told repeatedly that I could only reserve 1800-1930 or 1830-2000. No explanation for the restriction nor options given. (I asked for a 1900 time slot)Whoever was answering the messages failed to explain clearly there were only two sessions available on that evening and most importantly the venue has been hired from 2000 onwards
Whoever was answering the messages failed to explain clearly there were only two sessions available on that evening and most importantly the venue has been hired from 2000 onwards. It took me an angry phone call to find out when it could have been resolved within 5 minutes.
