In general, the experience was a bit underwhelming. It seems that the restaurant has dropped in quality compared to previous visits, but it still manages to attract many customers/ tourist. The standout dishes for me were the radish, pork skin, pig intestines, and seaweed. As for my soup base, I opted for a mild and medium spicy flavor without sour, meat and coriander. The radish was well-seasoned, but the quality of the pork skin was inconsistent, sometimes good and sometimes not. Additionally, the rice noodles were chewy, it meet my standard. I hope that the restaurant can address these issues and return to their previous standard of excellence.
