Wow!! I never expected there’s a restaurant in this quality in Sai Wan. The environment is relaxing and the waiters waitress are so nice. We had Tandoori Chicken with grilled potatoes ($138), the chicken is so chewy, the skin is crispy but it’s tender inside, so succulent. There’s also herbs, cilantro and mint yogurt with the grilled potatoes, so the potatoes are so mushy and flavourful!We also had the Pan Fried Salmon With Dill Sauce ($108), there’s grilled Fennel, mashed potato, Olive, Dill cr

We had Tandoori Chicken with grilled potatoes ($138), the chicken is so chewy, the skin is crispy but it’s tender inside, so succulent. There’s also herbs, cilantro and mint yogurt with the grilled potatoes, so the potatoes are so mushy and flavourful!
We also had the Pan Fried Salmon With Dill Sauce ($108), there’s grilled Fennel, mashed potato, Olive, Dill cream sauce, the ingredients for the dish is so great and the taste is so superb! The fish is so smooth and fresh, love that so much!
We had the Meatballs Italian Style Risotto ($118) as well, including tomato, Parmesan Cheese, basil and tomato sauce, with different spice and so the meatballs are so luscious with good texture.
