Located just a few minutes walk from HKU station, a convenient location for lunch since we were around the area. The ambience of the store made it a bit more private and the staff was very attentive with their fast service. For our dons we got their signature 夢の丼 and 花錦魚生丼. I liked how sweet the prawn was and how the scallops were so big! Both dons were still very delicious and the ingredients were all fresh for sure. 👍
In addition to the set provided soup and salad, we ordered some starters and appetisers like crab paste tofu, abalone and oyster. The tofu with crab paste tasted extremely dense and strong which serious crab lovers would definitely appreciate. The oyster and abalone was not coated with any sauces so that we were able to taste how fresh the ingredients used were and how naturally smooth / chewy it was.
