為鼓勵食肆透過提供食物份量選擇和採取減少廚餘措施,與顧客共同從源頭減少廚餘,環境保護署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」計劃,參與食肆如符合評核準則將獲「咪嘥嘢食店」認可資格和獲發「咪嘥嘢食店」的標誌及標貼,以供張貼於店舖內和宣傳,供顧客識別。此計劃全年均接受申請,申請費用全免。

There was this one stall with a crowd of people, and so I went to see what theyre selling and omg they were selling potstickers and pan fried buns 😍 There were 2 people making the dough and stuffing the dumplings, 1 person pan frying the dumplings while taking orders, and another also taking orders and selling other street foods such as shiu mai, fish balls, etc. It took about 10 minutes for a batch of dumplings to be fried. I was lucky enough to be the first one to get the fresh batch 😀 4 dumpl

I was lucky enough to be the first one to get the fresh batch 😀 4 dumplings cost $12HKD and 4 buns cost $12HKD, so I got a batch of each. I was a little disappointed cuz the skin of the dumplings and buns were already ripped and so the juices already spilled out. But the fried bottoms were really crunchy 😍 The dumplings and buns were still kinda juicy even though the soup spilled out. The buns had a thicker skin and so were doughy-er. I liked the dumplings more cuz the skins were crunchier lol. Really cheap for dumplings, but really wished the skin didn't rip as easily 😕
