I had been to this restaurant last year in August'16. Had found the food to be of good taste, then. On last Saturday, happen to be in that area, decided to visit it again. I had been to this restaurant last year in August'16. Had found the food to be of good taste, then. On last Saturday, happen to be in that area, decided to visit it again. As soon as we entered, we knew, it was a mistake. Two waitresses, without any knowledge, came up to us with the menus. We placed our order for sheekh kebab and quorma and naan. A few minutes later, were served, on the house, cold vegetarian spring roll and pakora ( a deep fried savoury, Indian style).  When asked for napkins, were given one each. Had to ask again for extra napkin, was given one each, yet again. I guess, that's why the hygiene level in Hong Kong is so low.  Then, was served a colorless dish called, 'Quorma'. When asked, what it is, were told, this is Quorma for Chinese people as they cannot eat spicy food. We asked for the cook, to explain him, what we had ordered and he came out reluctantly, with an angry looking face. He told us that we should have specified as to what version we wanted, spicy or non spicy. How do we know, that they have two versions? Somebody should have asked us or informed us. And just for his information, quorma  IS NOT A spicy dish. In fact, it is a bit sweetish because it has sweet smelling cardamom, cinnamon along with other spices and almond paste in it. I wonder, if he really knew how to cook. Also, the dish contained two different meats, boneless meat of beef and frozen lamb meat (not fresh mutton). Seekh kebabs were made of frozen precooked kebabs as they were hard, rubbery  and tasteless and were served as sizzlers to disguise them. When we asked for the manager, some guy came up to us, listened to us, shook his head, presumably agreed with us and left. Did not offer any apology, neither did he offer to replace the dishes nor offer us any discount nor show us any remorse. I guess, it is not in their DNA. When time came to pay, their credit machine was not working. We paid cash and left, with never to come back again pledge. Hence, please don't go there and waste your money. Yes, if you are a tourist and you don't know anything about Indian food, then please go ahead and order their tasteless food and waste your money.
