New dessert place in Tai Hang where everything is edible right down to the paper wrapping! The Blue Moon "Pool" (HK$50) had a pale blue ice cream in a butter cookie cup while topped with yogurt bits and a burnt marshmallow lollipop. The ice cream tasted like ramune soda and could have been richer while the cone was too thick and dense. The droopy marshmallow fell off soon after I took this picture but luckily I had a plate to catch it. The main feature is in the edible "paper" but since they offer a cheaper option without it, I really don't see a reason to pay more for paper that doesn't even taste good. It also took them around 10-15 mins to make this dessert even though I was the only one there. Nice try but I feel there's improvement to be made for the price they are charging for their desserts.
