I wasn't planning to write a review for this restaurant especially dining with 10 people, I'd rather focus on the sharing moment instead of food picturing. Nevertheless, I would love to make a compliment for the friendly efficient staff. Staff arranged 10 people seats without a wait. Smiley greeting and served all cutleries and water efficiently. I ordered the green garden lemonade, french crepe and chocolate lava cake.
Lemonade was citrusy and icy cold. Refreshing and cooling. Not much herby sweet taste but mint. Not bad.
French crepe was a bit disappointing. Crepe itself was tough and cold. A bit difficult to cut with knife but tear. Vanilla ice cream was alright pairing with fresh strawberries and strawberry sauce. Nothing special, but crepe was a bit difficult to eat.
Chocolate lava cake was cute that served by flipping over an ice cream cone on a lava cake inside a hot ramekin. Cone was crunchy with chocolate sauce dipped. Lava cake was cooked perfectly with cakey layer and melting chocolate inside. Every spoonful was divine that with vanilla ice cream, chocolate cake and melting chocolate. Different temperature textures! So satisfying!
All in all,it was a nice cafe experience where can sit long and have a drink.
