These were freshly fried fish skin tossed with evilicious salted egg yolk which taste so much better fresh. Taking a trip down memory lane, there was Steamed Bun with Lobster and Abalone which was fluffy and soft with a big chunk of lobster inside and abalone.
Next were the rice rolls with a luxurious twist, these were steamed rice rolls with lobster and XO sauce.
At the noodle station, you will find “doggie noodles” with barbecued Kurobuta pork.
It was really good as it appeared to be healthier with less oil complimented by the aromatic crispy dried shrimps. Moving on to the dessert counter, you will find retro Hong Kong snacks like traditional candy and coconut wrap, hand-pulled dragon’s beard candy and golden sweet egg twists.
At the entrance, they had my favourite Movenpick mint chocolate icecream and a healthy juice selection.
I definitely recommend having some golden moments at Café on the PARK after taking a stroll at Kowloon Park nearby.
