This is the most popular restaurant of selling pancakes in Hong Kong and most of the tourists commented that it is No.1 in Hong Kong. Thus, there is always a long queue outside of the restaurant.I and my friends came to Ocean Park today and we left early to go the restaurant as we did want to line up. Actually we didn’t see the queue but we still needed to wait about 5-10 minutes.There are only four soufflé pancakes to choose. The most charming one must be strawberries pancakes so we ordered two

The most charming one must be strawberries pancakes so we ordered two and other pancakes were green tea and hazelnut with banana.
The cakes were especially delicious because they were fluffy, creamy and full of eggy.
It’s scrumptious. And the airy pancakes could hold until I finished them. Nevertheless, the strawberries were so sour.
