Tonight my friend invited me to have dinner at Kaki-Sakaba Kadoya, a new restaurant famous for fresh oysters from different parts of Japan.The restaurant is conveniently located at 1/F of Tower 535, which is next to World Trade Centre. Tonight my friend invited me to have dinner at Kaki-Sakaba Kadoya, a new restaurant famous for fresh oysters from different parts of Japan.

The restaurant is conveniently located at 1/F of Tower 535, which is next to World Trade Centre. The restaurant looks modern and chic. Service is good. Staff are helpful.

We ordered a Kodoya platter. There are altogether eight pieces of Japanese oysters in Kodoya style, which are to be eaten raw. These oysters with flavoured jelly and toppings are fresh and tasty. The toppings are creative and interesting, ranging from dill weed lemon, tomato, Oba, ponzu, smoked salmon mousse, mignonette, spicy thai, as well as beef consomme and sea urchin.

There are different tapas to choose. Our choice, yellowtail with sesame sauce, is fresh and flavourful.

Kadoya fried chicken is nice. It is juicy and well seasoned.

Sea urchin cream pasta is super yummy, and the sea urchin has a sweet ocean flavour.

Oyster ramen offers good value for money. There are five pieces of oysters.

We enjoy our dinner and consider it a good try.
