Hokkaido Scallop Tataki & Bocconcini: Roasted Hokkaido scallops with buffalo cheese, good
Mixed Beets & Shrimp Tartlettes: Very richly layered beet, bean curd and 🦐
Salmon Roe, Matsuba Crab Meat 🦀& Braised Daikon: the raddish as the base, taste of japan~

Tofu Pudding with Raspberry Jelly: very surprising, the tofu pudding's bean flavor can relieve the greasiness🫘
Lemon Meringue Tart: Full of lemon fragrance, fresh and delicious🍋
Citrus Loaf Cake, Mango Jam & Candied Orange: a bit too sweet
Wildberries & Vanilla Mousse Dome: it is eye-catching red🔴, so-so, but taste better than expected
