berry wintermelon:
Presented like a bunch of grapes these are balls of wintermelon soaked in berry sauce giving it a tangy berry flavour but also quite sweet.
++++cauliflower florets in yoghurt:
I thought this would be interesting so ordered it.
It was yellow and purple raw cauliflower florets in a refreshing yoghurt and I loved it because they had a nice crunch.
++++cucumber florets in lemon:
Another refreshing appetizer of cucumber that looks like it has been put through a pencil sharpener.
They were good with or without the lemon sauce.
++++lobster puff:
Similar to the usual white radish puff but filled with lobster so it was a posh version.As well as this, there are other lobster themed items such as lobster dumplings, spicy tofu and lobster etc.

Whole Peking duck with pancakes:
The duck was served in a really good way because it is separated in three plates: crispy duck skin, pure duck meat and duck thigh which has skin attached.
There are three ways of eating it, duck skin dipped in raw cane sugar, duck meat with freshly garlic puree and duck with pancakes.For the pancakes, you get some sesame paste and duck sauce where you use your martial art skills to swirl or spin the sauce dish so that they mix together.

Lobster tail noodle soup:
Noodles in a rich lobster broth that you won't want to share with anyone!~++++
For dessert, here was what we had:
Green tea blossom icecream cookie crumble.

It was topped with crispy snow fungus that had a red and green colour!!++++
nunchucks mango sticky rice:
desserts served in an imitated bamboo nunchucks weapon.
