I had visited this shop for three times:

1st time:  green tea with milk, too sweet, the shopkeeper onlly gave some hot water to dilute the drinks, which was surely bad and non-professional, we tried but the drinks was ruined already, we should have insisted to change for another one

2nd time: ice cream, okay, but for one cup of water I was requested to pay HKD 1 for a paper cup, how ridiculous is

3rd time: green tea with coffee, again too sweet, the lady in black uniform resisted to change for another one, I insisted to refund, I saw her bully her subordinates, when we placed order, the junior asked for her help, she was in bad manner, which was so non-professional in front of the customers
