Came here during the pandemic for a birthday when it was really quiet. We were required to get a set course at the time - but I HIGHLY recommend against getting any set course they offer, as they put in a lot of filler chicken breast skewers (totally flavourless and dry). Recently went back due to a visiting friend’s avid request (she saw it on social media), so I thought it would be ok to give it another try. This was a big mistake. First, it was almost impossible to flag down a waiter - and most didn’t even want to bother taking your order. Two were really kind - which helped make the experience a little better.
Second - which is unforgivable - was the fact that all the skewers came COLD. They were also served so slowly and we had to keep reminding the waiters of which items didn’t arrive yet.
Be wary of which items you actually received and which you should actually be charged for. Service and food quality is at an all time low at Yardbird.
Interior is cute though - if that’s what you want to eat.
