I had a really great experience at Tai Lung Fung -Hong Kong needs cute bars like this. When we went in, the kitchen was already closed but the chef made an exception for us and let us order anyway! We had the salmon salad (very good!), the potato wedges (classic, can't go wrong) and the chili-garlic-sausages. The sausages are simply amazing! The cocktail menu is impressive and they have the classics (your sours, negronis, etc) and they have a special menu which is very well executed.
I tried the Lemongrass-tyni as I don't like very sweet drinks and it was perfect. The drinks here are stiff - another point for Tai Lung Fung!
I loved the laid back Chinese hipster decor of this bar and found the service to be much better than other bars. (they charge no service charge, so tip generously, people!) When we felt hungry again, the chef actually offered to make us a rib-eye steak with individual bite-sized portions just for us hungry girls.
All in all, A-plus!
