Had an amazing Sunday set lunch at Posso with friends.A true little gem in the city. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys light-hearted group dinning over a few glasses of wine. The cicchetti came out in two batches:Tomato salad, Coppa salad, and handmade Rigatoni were first served.Followed soon after with: Cream broccoli, roast veggies, and roast potatoes.The main dish is roast chicken in whole. A Must- Try! As we had 5 people, we ordered two sets of each. Every dish was carefully prepared

Every dish was carefully prepared and with consistency in quantity and dressing. I cannot fault anything that was served.

Tomatoes were well picked ensuring the sweetness can compliment the rocket and balsamic drizzle.
Quality ham slices and cheese, with a good balance of beets dices and citrus dressing.
Rigatoni handmade and cooked to almost perfection. This I enjoyed the most.

Make sure to reserve table online. The Roast Chicken needs to be prepared 2 days in advance. The skin was evenly cooked and super crispy. I enjoyed the crackling sound as a knife runs through it. The fat layer was completely rendered. Meat is juicy and tender.
Even the cavity is well cleaned and seasoned. I demolished a whole carcass on my own. Finger licking good.
Potatoes were baked to golden colour. Duck fat was used to add flavor, another favorite of mine.
The head chef was trained in Le Cordon Bleu, yet he never boosted his achievements on the walls.
What a chef stands by is not simply a piece of certificate, but his skills and passion shown through the dishes that we taste.
Look out people, this young gentlemen is destined to shine.

Dessert was Tiramisu with a hint of almond, the mascarpone top was light and elegant. Slight heavy finger on the moist base, but to me, it expresses passion to rich taste. The lady of the house is the patisserie.
Overall great dining experience. Will definitely go back to try other dishes.
題外話/補充資料:
Another thing I noticed which really shows the owner’s extra care to customers.
They sacrificed table space for a cozy little rest room inside the restaurant. Customers don’t need to walk out of the premises to find loo in a dingy back alley.
It was convenient, warm, and tidy.
