I tried the Chateau Pontet-Canet 2000 which was breathe for a good 3hrs. Let me tell you; the tannin is very smooth on the palette, the fruity floral in harmony with each other went very well with Australian M15 wagyu beef. For the house wine of Calon Segur 2005 which paired deliciously (of cos) with A5 wagyu beef. Lastly and not forgetting dessert.😋
