Came here first time for dinner with a group of friends. We booked the private room and it can comfortably seat 10 around an oblong table. It also has a beautiful bar in the room. Both the yellowtail and the scallop/uni ceviche had good balance of tartness. The tenderloin tartare was surprisingly tasty; seasoned just right. The quinoa was light and could only taste a hint of goat cheese (to my liking). The King crab legs were sweet and I loved the charred lettuce. Gave an extra kick to the dish. The beef short rib was the best dish of the night. Extremely marbled and tender !!! The sea bass wrapped in ash leaves was good and it was first time to try the large Peruvian white corn. The charred cauliflower was also very good.

The dessert platter was also refreshing.
Raspberry sorbet with cheesecake, yuzu and matcha ice cream, corn mousse, leche (cake w sweet milk), and shaved Brazilian nuts with lychee mousse.
