It's been a long wait for Castellana's re-opening in Central. I have been to Causeway Bay restaurant a few times and have always loved their carbonara. New location now has 2 floors, and now an open kitchen as well as a chef table Knowing that it is the white truffle season, we ordered the White truffle degustation without hesitation. Awesome food, great service and nice ambient. The best Italian restaurant on Hong Kong. We loved it!!!
