為鼓勵食肆透過提供食物份量選擇和採取減少廚餘措施,與顧客共同從源頭減少廚餘,環境保護署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」計劃,參與食肆如符合評核準則將獲「咪嘥嘢食店」認可資格和獲發「咪嘥嘢食店」的標誌及標貼,以供張貼於店舖內和宣傳,供顧客識別。此計劃全年均接受申請,申請費用全免。

We went to Jade Garden to celebrate our cousin's birthdays. We arrived at 6:00 punctually and was arranged a very spacious table near the window with great view of the Victoria Harbour. The waitress was very attentive and recommended us the 12-people set. The food was served fast and my personal favourite was the fish. It was nicely steamed and perfect in texture and temperature when placed upon. The lobster noodles was also very delicious. The lotus leaf steam rice was tasty and full of ingredi

The food was served fast and my personal favourite was the fish. It was nicely steamed and perfect in texture and temperature when placed upon. The lobster noodles was also very delicious. The lotus leaf steam rice was tasty and full of ingredients. Also, the cha siu styled Angus beef was very creative and taste blended into each other very well.

I was most impressed by the symphony of light show at 8:00, at which the restuarant turned the lights dimmer in order to allow us to have a better view of the fantastic show. It was a very thoughtful arrangement especially for tourists.

The food in general was great and the service was impressive and attentive. I regarded this branch of Jade Garden as the best and I strongly recommend it.
