The flavors were tantalizing, with the chicken infused with the rich essence of Shaoxing wine and the jellyfish head tossed in a tangy red shallot dressing.
Next, we savored the Chrysanthemum Fish Soup. The fish was incredibly tender, and the soup boasted a delicate sweetness that was both refreshing and comforting. The addition of chrysanthemum lent a subtle floral aroma, making it a perfect dish for autumn.
