Tai Kok Tsui nowadays opens lots of hotpot shops but the quality of them are quite controversial, at least the average standard and price is not as good as in hk island. But the hotpot shop suggested from my colleagues makes me really surprised, the hygiene, food display and the ventalization system are stunning there, same as the top level hotpot shops in cwb. As suggested by the boss , we order the geoduck sashima there, the size of each piece and the sweetness is the best of what i have trie
